    I've learned that you have to be patient for PDF files to load up but once they do, they sure are worth it. Without PDF, the files such as this tutorial would be impossible for us to down load as most of our email providers wouldn't allow the files size. Glad you finally got it.

    Hi just wanted to let you know that I finally did get the instructions for the Jacket. I just didn't leave it long enough to fully download, I really love this jacket and can't wait to make one for myself. Thank u for putting the instructions on the board so we all could get a copy that wanted one. You do beautiful work. grannyp70

    LOVE IT! Hmmmm, ruffled cuffs?? My guess is cut bias strip 2X width and 1 1/2 length you want. Fold in half, gather baste on and then add facing piece??
