Ok lets have some fun with those scraps :D

I think I'll use these.......

These are the size rulers I'm using.

Center your middle square the way you want it.

Cut this out

Let's go with these 2 colors for top & bottom

Sew these (1 on top/1 on bottom)

Press open

Trim

:D

These will be good for the sides

Sew the sides. (1 on left/1 on right)

Press open

Depending on how you lay your ruler, you'll get a different look. You can move up more, down more, sideways. WHATEVER SUITS YOU :D

Bev, I am assuming we could use a different size center square. I have a bunch of 4" squares I bought years and years ago that would be perfect for this. I don't believe 1/2" would make a big difference but I would like to have your thoughts on this. Thank you.
