Thank you so much. This is really great!!!!! Have already started this project.
Awesome tutorial....thanks for sharing this...I may try it with my 1-1/2 inch squares.:) Especially if we get snowed in again next week...
Thank you for posting! I cut scraps into 1.5, 2 and 2.5 squares. The 2.5 squares are the hardest for me to figure out how to use, I'm going with your idea, it is a great one!
Love it. Great Job.
I have gridded fusible interfacing that would work great for this project.

Love the quilt and the quilting. Did you do the quilting yourself?

I started sewing up a bunch of small blocks, but will change over to this design. Am at that stage I can do that. Really like this design. Thanks!
Great tute - thanks for taking the time to put it together and sharing
I really like this. I may make it using red instead of white and make it for a Veteran. I could use all my left overs from other patriotic quilts.
How kind of you to take the time to make the tutorial.
Thank you for this tutorial. I have so many 2 1/2 squares and now I know what I'm going to do with them. Love your instructions and love your quilt. Thank you!
Thanks for this tutorial. This would make a great leaders and enders project.
thanks for sharing, will definitely try this

Thank you so much for this great tutorial. I have lots of squares and was trying to think of a way to use them. This is it. I love the pattern you posted, also.

I just love the tutorials on this site! Thank you
I took pictures of your quilts that I want to try. I also made a graph like your block. Knowing me I will not be able to find it when I want it.
Thank you so much for sharing your talented idea!!! I can't wait to give this a go.
Regards, Kif |
Thank you so much for the tutorial. Your quilt is beautiful -- I am going to have to make one. Thanks for taking the time to share your technique with us.
Beautiful quilt! I think I will do mine with 2 inch squares since that's what I have the most of.
I fell in love with your quilt and had to make one. It is my first ever scrappy, I'm a everything must match person,so this was hard for me but I stuck with it and enjoyed doing it. I have one more row to sew on then the top is done.
Thank You. I now know everything does not have to match to be beautiful. |

Davena's Quilt
1 Attachment(s)
I was so excited to be contacted by board member Davena. She has not been able to sit at her sewing machine for medical reasons for a long time and missed quilting. When she read this tutorial, she decided to tackle it by sewing her quilt all By Hand!!! Her quilt is amazing! How did she do that so quickly?
She gave me permission to post this picture. Thank you so much Davena for letting me know. This is better than winning a ribbon at the quilt show!!! |
lovely!! I like to make the log cabin , but never made it this way
