Rhonda's Wings Shortcut Block New Version

In the past I posted my wing shortcut block tutorial. Then I updated it with a paper template version.

This version uses the paper pattern -Not Paper Piecing- and I show you the easy steps to make this shortcut block. Once you learn to make this shortcut block you can use it to make any of my quilt blocks I design that use this Wings block.

This shortcut allows you to make intricate looking quilt blocks with easy steps.

    This is the Wings block

Here is a simple 4 patch you can make with this block

    Name: center layout.BMP

Size: 146.4 KB Name: center.BMP
Views: 1912
Size: 135.5 KB

Then you can make any of my designs which use a 6 row with 6 blocks per row grid.

I am posting some of them in Tutorials so you can look for them there.

Here is Star Flight - http://www.quiltingboard.com/tutoria...l-t287306.html

Cardinal Rose / Wylde Flower and Snake Alley will be posted soon in Tutorials.

    Thanks Rhonda

Click on the PDF link and download the directions. Then follow the directions to make a Wing block. Once you learn how to make the Wings then you can make one of my quilt blocks that uses that shortcut block.

If you need any help just let me know!!
