Amazing! I love the look of pieced borders, but the thought of spending hours piecing them caused me to shy away from them. Now I know what to do with all those little pieces when I just feel like sewing away! Thanks so much; you should be on the quilt shows and magazine covers--your idea is brilliant! Thanks for sharing it.

This would be a great way to use up small scraps. Maybe I better rethink what size of scraps need to be saved.

Thank you so much for the great idea!! Someone recently gave me a laarge shoebox full of assorted fabric strips measuring 1" x 8". Now I know what to do with them!!
