I am 2/3 done with Twenty T's and it is one block that is frustrating for me. Soooo many tiny pieces. If I were to do it again, likely not, I would not follow the pattern exactly and cut all of those tiny triangles separately. I would use the more precise and quicker tube method. I also found the instructions quite confusing and spent a lot of time with Jack the Seam Ripper.

I agree. I'm working on mine but wound up printing the papers for the triangles. Just finished sewing & now have to cut apart & square up. I think it's 40 HST!

I love the star block too! Going to keep,it in mind as my theme for Bee is stars and might need an extra star block! I am still trying to get my blocks caught up for several BOms, will tackle them soon I hope!

Oooooooooooh! Pretty! What is that block called? I still need to do my block. I think I'm going to substitute too. I found a pattern that usess 1/2 triangles so I can kind of stick with the month theme, but it is a bigger pattern that I think will work better with the rest of my blocks and my colors.

Is that ok? I love the block you chose Sula, I think it's great for Fall! I feel like I'm not keeping in the spirit of the challenging year if I substitute.

Roma showed a similar block a while back in red white & blue so I just made my own in Mary's colors. Roma is away this week on a trip, so ask her the block name next week, sorry I do not know. I feel like I have challenged myself all year & have learned so much in the process, and would like to thank our hosts, block enthusiasts and designers!
