    Hi DeeCee,

Your color choices are wonderful and they really set up your print center fabric to shine! That fabric looks like a tapestry. A very pretty block.

I haven't started mine yet. Tonight looks promising for sewing time. I'll post photos as soon as I can.

    hugs, Jup

I like the light and clean look of your block. Its restful after working on my more busy one. I have not worked with this much black in a quilt before and am out of my comfort zone..

I'm having trouble uploading the pic. so I hope this has worked.

Edit: It worked but was very slow and painful.

Looking forward to seeing both your blocks Jupiter, and keelybird must be busy sewing also.

I was thinking about Keelybird today too - I hope all is well and she is somewhere sewing and we hear from her soon!

Everyone's blocks are soooo pretty! I fell behind. Had to finish a queen size quilt to get to long-arm gal by Saturday. But I am back on track and all caught up.

Am I 'allowed' to post past blocks, or shall I wait for the next catch up week?

I liked seeing all the blocks together on the Catch Up week.... But go ahead and post now if you want to... This group isn't as busy/full of photos as I thought it might be when I set up the rule about only posting during the correct week. What do the rest of you think?

Another really pretty block, Irene. Good job! Your fabrics appear to have nice texture. Is that print fabric a ribbed or corduroy?

Love that touch of turquoise Irene - very pretty block.

Keely, I'm up for looking at pics at any time and I am sure everyone else would love to see your catch up blocks as well.

Absolutely, Keelybird - the more eye candy the better!
