Yep, 2 window fans and a ceiling fan all year... (I keep the windows slightly open in the winter). I love the fresh air breeze and the white noise effect.

Yes, I need the air movement on my face while I sleep. I started one night can't remember when because when I was a child I slept with my face in my pillow.

Have a small box fan in front of screen in bedroom to bring in the cooler night air.

i also have to have a fan on or i cant sleep need the noise and the wind blowing on my body to help me sleep which i have alot of trouble doing...the older i get the more trouble i have going to sleep and staying asleep...which doesnt help when ur a very light sleeper...

I am light sleeper myself. I usually wake up during the night i call it at my age my three o-clock feeding.

I've slept with a fan on for years. At first to block outside noises, now for the cooler air flow. It runs year round, so sometimes in the dead of winter, DH wears a knit cap to bed! lol

i sleep year round with the fan i love it in the winter it makes the room more cold and i love the cold my husband wants it off but i say nooooooooo way...we dont run the central air in the winter unless it gets really cold here which it doesnt this is texas they dont know what cold is ..lol so we put it on about 50 and if it goes below that the heat comes on

Yep the other half has to have the noise to sleep so it runs all year long. I sleep on the other side of room away from it.

24 years ago we moved from a large city in MA to the quiet of the country in Maine. We have to have a fan on for the white noise, even in the dead of winter, or we can't fall asleep. Old habits die hard I guess.
