they add on as they can save up the money for it. there are half-finished buildings all over.

these are mansions. painted all colors, very large, beautiful grounds. all fenced in.

this is a street along which middle class renters live in apartments. the bus was going to fast to click. they were dumps by our standards. badly in need of repair, but at least a place to live.
