In the meantime, I can sure cut out junk food and such.
Exercise sitting in a chair or in bed. It will not effect you knee.

I can't stress pilates enough....google it .....it was invented my Dr Pilates during WW2 for the men recoping from injuries during the war. He had the hospital set up pullies and such in the mens bed for them to exercise. There is no excuse for people to not exercise. I am disabled, can't get out of bed most days from vertigo. I can not move my head and have NO balance system AT ALL so NORMAL exercise even walking is totally out of the question. However I am able to do pilates.

    Happy New Year.
I didnt make it past 9pm last night!
By the time I got home from the hospital visiting my Mother it was too late to make dinner so I had some left overs warmed in the microwave read the boards for a little bit then headed upstairs.
I am going to take down the tree in the family room pick up a bit, get the luggage put to start packing for vacation, then get to putting together my blocks that are layed out on my living room floor (carpentes wheel/star)
I started it at a class mid November and havent gotten back to it.
I need to make a grocery list, my DH said he would go to the store!
Oh yeah I have to step on the scales too !!!!

Oh that's a good idea. I'm going to see if there's a template or something on my pc to make a graph?

yes, Cbridges aka Cindy you read it right......GRITS. and weren't YOU suppose to give me some grit recipes???????
Trupeach1, I'll take your cheese, and bacon. But I will have to pass on the grits. Instead, I enjoy butter-laden fresh veggies, with a side of two bratwurst.

I woke up to a start weight BELOW 250!!!! Woohoo! :D I'm now 249.8. What a way to start the New Year!
