My first three called us grandma and grandpa. But #4 started talking very early and decided I was Gaga and it has stuck, now her little brother calls me that too.

We're Mimi and Toto. One step grandson calls me Ms. Gail (That probably stems from the fact that I was his first grade teacher) and the other step grandson calls me "Ma'am." He was a Marine and his awesome manners have stuck. My parents are Granny and Gonky. In-laws are MomMom and PopPop.

When my DGD's were little I was Ga-ga (no jokes now! )but now they're older 12 and 10 I'm LittleGran cos the oldest is taller than me and the younger will be very soon. I must be shrinking at the same rate they are growing because this past year has seen a tremendous change in stature!

No grand kids here and there better not be for another 20 years or more as my oldest is 5. lol

My mom and step dad are Gramma and Grampy.
My dad and step mom are Poppa and Nana Deb.
My mother and father in law are Mimi and Grandpa.
My daughter calls her father's parents Ayayo and Awowo (They're Somalian)

We call my mom's parents Granny and Papa, but the kids call Granny Grandma (Papa passed away last year...).

We call my dad's parents Grandma and Grandpa, but the kids call Grandma Nana (Grandpa passed away in '92)

We have 20 GC. We were visiting Germany years before we had any GC & fell in love with the German people & their ways of life. Said we were going to call ourselves Oma & Opa. Oldest GD started right off with Oma (she's 24 now) could not get Opa, so she started calling him Bump. We are now known to all of the family as Oma & Bump. Even my parents calles us that.GS took one of those road signs that says BUMP & we have that coming up our lane to our house. See his name everywhere. LOL.
