Speaking of cake... I tried SulaBug's Pimkin Muffin recipe! I think that will be my go to base recipe for so many desserts! I made a 13x9 instead of muffins, I thought the original batter was to thick/dense for a cake so I thinned the batter with 1 egg, 1 TBLs scoop of soft butter and about 1/4 cup water swished around to rinse the pumpkin can and several shakes of my pie spices ( I only measure when cutting fabric LOL) 25 minutes at 350* cooled and frosted with cream cheese frosting. DELISHHHH! I think the original recipe would be a good base for a carrot cake with raisins and nuts, NO OIL! Thanks for sharing SulaBug!

These are so cute!! Now I just have to figure out what I can do with them after they are made! Maybe they would make good "desserts" at the quilter's Christmas dinner!

They are so cute. My grandkids would love them to go with their kitchen sets.
