There is a site for the central Illinois shop hop that gives the names of all the shops.

    http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-75947-1.htm
You could give it a try. Have fun!

The Quilt Corner is located in Morton, Illinois, near 74 and 155, so right off the interstate. It is a locally owned quilt shop and is my favorite local shop. There are four other quilt shops within 30 minutes of this area.

    These are both great shops.

Also, Greenville, just off of I70. Very quaint town. I have been in the quiltshop on the main square and the people were very helpful and willing to help in any way they could. It has been a couple years since I was in the shop and I did not buy fabric. The town has a quilt show every year around April.

Thanks for the name. I couldn't remember it. I am really glad to see this thread. I visit 3-4 times a year in this area and didn't realize I was missing so many places to spend my money. I have learned to pack really light (who needs clothes to wear, only need a couple jeans and a few shirts) so I can fill the car with other important items such as sewing machines and fabric to take back to Louisiana.

I am going to have to check this store. I usually look in the phonebook for antiques. I don't remember seeing a listing for this store. It's now be a place I will visit on my next trip. Thanks,
    Lauren
