DH is driving us around today, he'll get his passport stamped and pick up blocks as we go, too.

I only got to ten. Not enough to get into the drawing, but I took my 8yr old daughter with me and we had a blast. Two days of shopping and my neck is killing me! But we had lots of fun together. She picked out a book called "Horsing Around" that has all these adorable patterns for applique horses! There are nine different sleeping or lying down foals we are going to put on her quilt. And yes, I spent way too much money and still didn't get all the fabric I wanted! Such pretty colors!

18 more shops today. Think we can make it to 12 more tomorrow?
I was very well behaved. Only gave in to one more orange and bought a few for a retreat I'm going on next month.
Saw several shops I don't want to ever go back to, today!
Saw a few I just love!

I just had a thought.
When I lived in Utah, our online group would wear identical name patches, or a ribbon the same color somewhere on our shirt, or the same shopping bags, or the same color hat, something like that, so we would know one another when we met on our shop hop.
That might be a way to know "Konstantiners" on a Hop!

Gorgeous collection! I made an orange quilt a couple of years ago and as I was putting it together, realized that it was just too monochromatic....so I added a 2" square of vivid turquoise solid in the middle of each block and then a thin inner border of the same turquoise.....made the orange ZING even more! One of my favorites to make, though now I am over my orange addiction---which was the point of the quilt! :)
