Default Can I insert a picture using EQ7?

I am making a label for grandson. I want to include the Navy Nuke insignia. How or is it possible to do this? I have taken a picture of the insignia with my camera and can download it to my computer. Now what? Thank you so much if you can be of help.

Click on the picture tab (there is one for quilt, one for blocks, and one for pictures). All the way to the left on the pictures tab is a button that looks like a picture with a green arrow. Click that to import the picture into EQ7. Then click the Add to Sketchbook button.

Move to the quilt layout tab. On the right there is a Set Photo button. Click that to open the photo menu (its just like the Set Block menu.) Drag and drop the picture where you want it.

I'm glad someone else explained it! I do it all the time and when you go to print you can size the photo to any size you want before printing.
