Go to Bernina's web site. They have a list of possible problems and how to solve them. When I got my new (used) Bernina 200, I had some issues installing the software and getting the computer and the machine to talk to each other. Found the answer right there.

And sew some more.

Email your kids and tell them how much you love them.

Please thank your children for what they are doing for us. As for the computers, I have trouble sometimes too, and I don't have a 12 year old around who can fix it.

I understand about missing your daughter. I was a basket case between calls from my daughter when she was in Iraq. I am so glad she is home,. ( stationed in Mississippi, and my home is Ohio, but stateside is home) and we can chat when we want. Just remember God will take care of her while she is away.
