    Personally, I think your quilt looks exactly like it should!! I have made several Strip Twists, each turns out differently depending on the colors I have that day. Step wa--a---a---y back and squint. That will give you a better perspective of the whole thiing. Too many white/cream solids/TOT would possibly be too stark. I think the small patterned lights are more mellow. Also ask yourself , is this for competition or comfort? Might make a difference in your outlook. Let us know what you finally decide to do. :thumbup:

    I kind of like it as is myself, I can not wait to make a scrappy, I know it will be painful to look at LOL.

    I think your quilt is very pretty, and I wouldn't change a thing! There is a lot of movement in it, and that makes it interesting. Your fabrics are very nice. Don't judge yourself so harshly!

    I just finished the top of this very same quilt for my granddaughter for a college going away gift this fall. I love the pattern and really don't see anything wrong with the way yours looks. Mine is very similar. The only major thing that I did differently was to use a light color for the outside border. I think you did a wonderful job.
