By all means, get him his own machine! It will help keep the pieces between you and keep him out of your hair!

Wow, I would be so flattered if mine asked me. Although he use to sew some for his Mom when she would quilt but so far he hesitates. His sense of color combos far exceeds mine.

I LOVE it when someone asks me to teach them how to quilt! And now you've got a reason to DOUBLE your stash with two quilters in the house! (I"m sure your husband wouldn't want you digging around and using supplies out of his stash, whatever that may be!)

Great answer! How fantastic that he wants to share your interests. He's a keeper for sure.

We share the machine we have and it is great. We love sharing quilting. I just had major surgery and I will not be able to get on the machine for a while so /i am going to cut out the appliques and he will do the sewing for my gd shower gift and wedding quilt. She surprised us with this wedding in 4 weeks. No not pregnant just the man of her dreams, and we agree. She is going to travel the wold with him as he is a teacher. It will start in China. Lucky girl. so we want the blanket for them to take along.

Good luck to you and your hubby. You will have a ball together.
