I finally was contacted by a lady who advertised the $99.00 PVC JoAnn's free standing quilting frame on craigslist. This is the one with the long clamps over all four sides. She said it's never been out of the box. She's moving to a senior community, has really bad arthritis and has quit quilting (now that's sad). But she's selling it for only $40!! I'm doing a happy dance!

Thank you! I can't wait to go pick it up - she will be back in the area on Thursday and we'll meet at her new condo. :D

That was my first quilting frame that I purchased. I love it. It's easy to assemble and the legs move up and down so you can slant the back and are able to see easily to quilt. It keeps the fabric taunt and I love it. I haven't used mine in several years, but I'll never part with it. I still have a wholecloth to finish on it. LOL Enjoy your gem. Cheryl

That's the one I've got. I paid about $40 for it. It was on sale and then I had a % off (I think my discount card?).
