    My guess is $95.00 since they will probably charge a bench fee on top of everything else. I hope I'm wrong for your sake.

    Game OVER folks, the machine is back and even though I paid for a service/clean/oil three months ago from another shop, this fellow said that's "ALL" she needed.

    99.00 + 1.00part + 13.00 TAX

    Not sure about your problem but we just picked out my Featherweight from the repair shop. I had expected it would cost maybe $40 since the only problem was timing, nope, the bill was $76, ouch!

    I had mine worked on on my Brother embroidery machine about 4 years ago. There was thread caught in it. They charged me for a cleaning, around $80 - $90. Good luck.

    I seldom use my thread cutter! Oops, guess I shouldn't admit that. I prefer my scissors. My guess is that it will cost $65. I hope I am high, but that is my guess. Hope you get your machine back soon!

    I imagine that at a minimum, it will cost $69 and depending on the problem it could be much more.

    I too could use a good repair man for my 1530 Bernina and my 1953 singer. I will guess 142.50.
