    i really don't 'hog the covers' but the quilt just hangs over the sides by about 6" on each side...my hubby is (twice my size) literally...actually he's about 2 1/2 times my size, so it takes more covers to cover him...i usually just hang on to the edge and try to keep it all the way over me :)
    but i made us a 'big-quilt' which is what we are using, it is all white, a whole cloth quilt with white on white on one side, white flannel on the back and a dream wool batt...it is soft and fluffy, warm and HUGE! well not huge-huge but it goes to the floor on both sides of the bed...so the mariners compass took up residency in the linen closet.
    now hubby wants me to make us a 'new' quilt...he's as bad as we quilters are...for seeing a new pattern or fabric line and wanting yet another project...
