The corporate office for the company I work for is in Findlay, Ohio. Whenever I have to go back there for meetings, I ALWAYS make a point of going to The Door Mouse. I make sure I take extra $$$ when I go back there. First time I was there, I didn't have enough $$$...I was BUMMED!!! It was just as well, hardly had enough room in my suitcase for the fabric I did buy...LOL! After that, I make sure I take a WAYYY bigger suitcase than I need, so I have lots and lots of room for fabric/pattern/quilt book purchases!!!

I'm really glad your family let you look, you are very lucky...
You're not the only one who hasn't been there. I haven't and I live in Cincinnati.

I usually make a trip up there every year. I love the quilt shop in Charm. I remember Grandma Fannie's quilt barn right outside of Berlin. Too many grandmas with quilt shops!! Also, the handmade furniture up there is beautiful!

I have been to most of these shops. Love all of them. I live in Florida now but I still get there about once a year. It has become a tradition when I get back to Ohio. Didn't Miller's Dry Goods use to be in Charm? I didn't get to it last year.
