I you Google those names, then click on "images", you will find quite a variety of blocks. If you know what the block looks like, you should be able to find it that way. (I think KC stands for Kansas City.)

The Quilt In A Day Media Theatre has episode # 1504 on the Kansas City Star blocks. I don't know if the one you are looking for is there or not. I think there is book on the net somewhere that you can order of the Kansas City Star patterns as well.
