    I suggest thinking about scale... ask yourself if the turtles are the right "size" for your quilt, and consider how they look in comparison to the rest of the quilt.
    Your quilt is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

    I like the turtles, when I look at your picture of the quilt, I see a Mama turtle on a beach leading her babies to the sea. Your story comes through.

    I think they look adorable. If you feel more comfortable without them, go that direction. I don't think you can go wrong either way. But my vote is for the turtles!

    Love the sea turtles but I would only do 3. I like an odd number better. I would do the three that are the same. But it is your quilt and you won't go wrong with 4 too. Great quilt.
