I either wear Spiras or Gdefy. They both have springs in the heel. Spiras have springs in the toe as well. They are not cheap, but when the springs wear out, I feel it in my knees and hips. I usually blame the bed for a day or so, until I remember about my shoes. I cannot get thru the day without them (or at least not more than a few hours).
