State Fair of Virginia
Two hits and two misses! I entered four quilts at the State Fair of Virginia this year. Two of them won first place!

Wow! Congratulations! They are all fantastic. 'Home is where the heart is' is just gorgeous - the quilting certainly enhances the already beautiful design. The judges must have agreed that the buttons on 'Cathedral Window' were the right choice Yes, I 'Love the Dove' and I had thought 'Tweet' deserved a spot at the Meadows. Congratulations again - beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!

So glad to see that blue ribbon on "Home is Where the Heart Is." Well deserved!! The others are lovely, but that one I have seen up close and personal when it was hanging in Paducah.
