I use a Stanley rolling workshop I bought at Walmart in the tools section. The bottom part holds my FW (out of case) and the top part holds my accessories. Handle comes up and away I go to class.

I found that a long handled natural bristle make up brush is great for cleaning out the lint from my machine. I grabs that thread and dust the instant it come near it and I just brush it off into the trash can.
I also found the whole label peels off of the plastic nestles creamer bottle, it makes a very nice water holder for my ironing station. It has a flip top for easy use and closes to where nothing spills if knocked over.

During the assembling of my quilts I sometimes use Elmer's washable glue so my seams match hopefully perfectly instead of using pins. I also use it during the attachment of the binding so no pins are needed. During quilting I have a metal "L" ruler that helps me keep my sides square with the quilt frame. Also I keep small magnets glued to the handles to keep my scissors, needlenose tweezers and needles nearby. I have laser lites I use at either end when I come to the end of the quilt on the frame to make sure its straight across as it should be.

PVC Pipe and bungie cords and clamps at my PQ1500s workstation to help manage large quilts during quilting.

Bungie cords, the door hinge on the door to the hallway, a heavy duty outdoor concert speaker stand and clamps at my PC420 workstation to help manage large art quilt and fiber arts projects during embellishment, quilting and free motion embroidery.

A tall candy tin and three paper cups squashed inside to hold the scissors, rotary cutters and elmers washable glue that I keep in the studio where my large cutting table stays.

The long skinny board that was the keyboard holder for my computer desk until the sliders broke, is now covered in batting and silver ironing fabric, making a nice long ironing board that I can easily move from place to place as needed, right now it's on the table beside my PQ1500s, but it often gets used on top of my large cutting table for ironing large quilt tops.

There's probably lots of other things, but those come to mind right now.

Don't know if it's been mentioned or not, but I use one of those sticky car dash pads next to all of my machines. I have more than one set up at a time so I can move from one to the other with a minimum of hassle or share my space with my daughters. I put my scissors, pin cushion, screw driver, chopstick or "purple thang" on it so they are always close at hand. Sure stopped the problem of machine vibration knocking things onto the floor or worse yet, the trash can.
