    Default Twisted Wreath help

    Hi Girls

A twisted wreath was posted recently and it was beautiful and I want to make it. Ok, I now have that pattern and my fabric, but am unable to buy a Template for the Twisted part of the wreath. No one in Penrith NSW Australia seems to have heard of it. My question is can anyone give me the dimentions and measurements of this template so I can make one in patchworkers template plastic, or by doing this is it a breach of copyright? I want to do this before Christmas and with only 12 days till Christmas, I will not have enought time to purchase from the States and have it sent to Oz. Can anyone help me please.

    Judy

There are many tutes here on how to make one, try a search. What size are your blocks that will depend on the size template you use. I went to the home stote and had them cut me plexiglass in various sizes to make my own, marked them with a sharpie pen.

I made my own template too, no reason you have to buy one anyway! I did three rounds on my quilt, saved the leftover squares, which are half the size of your original block, made a second template, using half the size of measurements, then made a mini wreath quilt! Love both, so keep this in mind when you makes yours, lots of fun to do! Good luck!...
