I wasnt going to join this but the bug has now gotten me :)

Charisma...love your quilt!! I started a blue scrappy pinwheel quilt 10yrs ago and it went to UFO status. Today I got to go to a Sew In and worked on it and finished 21 more blocks. I was thinking of adding plain blocks between them so i could be done even faster but your quilt is now inspiration for my UFO to not only be done but be more stylish...Thank You!!

After I finish this one my next one is my daughters "Sweet 16" quilt...she turned 26 in October 2009...

I promise not to hurt you. You will be doing me a big favor. I think I'm becoming the "excuse" queen lately for not getting things done. I deserve the kick.

Charisma - your quilt is so bright and cheerful! I just love it.

Patrice - Okay, whose Ralph and can I have his quilt? ;) Here's an interesting note. In the Quilter's Newsletter for this month, one of the articles uses FUFO, but instead of it meaning 'Finished UFO' she said it meant 'Future UFO.'

Lyn - Your Penny Candy is so sweet! The quilting is amazing and your cat made me laugh! He looks like he's about to claw anyone who tries to take the quilt away from him. Poor baby may not be able to get the quilt.

    Welcome PamG!

Last January I cut out a log cabin quilt and made the blocks (I am holding one of the blocks in my pic) in no time and then got going on other things and never finished it. This is the UFO that I plan to finish right away. Next weekend we are having a sewing day at my Moms with other sisters and I will get this quilt put together and borders on. I hope I marked the page for which pattern I was going for.

This is a lovely quilt. Don't you wonder now why it took you so long to get around to finishing it.

I just found this post today, because I'm always ONLY looking at the purdy pictures posted in the next forum down from "MAIN" ( :-D ) but count me in. This was my big new years resolution, so now I have a place to be accountable, and to post pics of my finished UFO's. I will actually be finishing one tonight (I started with the one that was the quickest and easiest to finish - started it last night! Actually, it's more of a revision than a UFO, but it's been back in my possession almost since the day I gave it to my daughter, about a year ago. It's a tote bag that needed longer handles).
