Congratulations! I have my heart set on a new machine, Janome. The local dealer where hubby bought my present (it was a Christmas present...lol) machine is a Janome dealer. I was hoping to save my money and be able to buy it late spring. Well...I just might be able to get it sooner due to some smart money management idea on my part. LOL I definitely will be taking the classes because I did NOT with the machine that I have now and could kick myself. I've never sewed using most of the other features besides straight sewing.

I'll have to remember "Go Big or Go Home" next time I'm looking for a toy. Thanks. Enjoy your new machine.

Congratulations!!! I have the 830 and LOVE it! Are you getting the frame for it to turn it into a short-arm?
