    I have one that alternates between rail fence blocks and 9 patch, all set on point. You wouldn't need a pattern at all. Let me see if I can find a picture of it.

    Try the Ocean Waves block. It is perfect for two color quilts. In each block, use one red and one tan fabric. As you continue with the blocks, put a different shade of tan and/or red in each.

    How about a log cabin? could be scrappy red on one side and one fabric tan on the other, or even scrappy tan.
