    lots of mentions of insurance coverage in case of flood/tornado/earthquake etc. Most Homewoners covers fire, but many other things cost a lot extra to get coverage for. Ask anyone who lives in a flood plain or more recently regular forest fire areas, or common earthquake zone. If you don't have the specific coverage I belive they call it an act of god.
    I have two friends who thought their coverage was excellent. One's neighborhood began slipping...zero coverage, another's home was 'safe as houses' as they say...until 4 years ago during a long long rain siege the hill on the other side of the highway became a landslide. You can only see part of their roof. No coverage for mud/slides. Very sad.
