I finally had a binding class on Dec 15......so I will be binding happily thru New Years on quilts that have been "breathlessly waiting" their turn. I managed to bind 3 quilts just before Christmas plus 8 mug rugs for gifts. So am on a roll to complete beginning work from 2010. 3 to go...I am still trying to perfect! lol

I will be finishing my dh quilt that I didn't get done for his birthday or Christmas! He has been very patient but it is time for me to concentrate on getting this done. What better time than this weekend! After that I need to work on some birthday presents for January.

I hope to do some sewing, but I don't know if I will get to. We're at the lake til Fri. morning and then a New year's party at a friends. Then on NYday, I have to watch the DGS. then maybe a trip to Joanns while I'm out. When I do get home, I'll need to work on my sewing room so I can take my new 11000 out of the box and set it up. I really should clean my sewing room before I tackle any new projects. actually have to since i can't even move in there. HAPPY NEW YEAR to all and happy sewing!

Our church has been soliciting warm jackets and blankets through the end of January for those in need. I got a terrific 50% off buy on child size fleece kits at Joanne's yesterday making it practical to quickly make some new fleece blankets for donation. The kits are really cute.

You bet! It is the best way to start the New Year! I have a twin size quilt due for my granddaughter's birthday in mid March.

Believe it or not, I work at my LQS and we are open New Years Eve and New Years Day so probably no quilting for me except working on my applique medallion when I collapse in my chair. Enjoy the New Year for me.

I'll be hand sewing a binding on The Twelve Days of Christmas Lap Quilt and watching football.

No, I just finished a wolf wall hanging for our daughter who has
a birthday on January 2nd. We'll have a dinner together with her family on the 2nd so I'll be getting ready for that. I'm going
give my sewing room a good cleaning first thing in 2011. Also
have my machine professionally cleaned and repaired. I'll be
    ready sew again in 2011.
