It looks like a "gradient" effect, I like it actually, it looks like it should be that way, I say leave it .

Quilt it and chalk it up to experience. Hope you are feeling better. I , too, have fallen down the stairs, once forward and last time backward. I do not reccomend either way.

Looks fine to me, I'd say it was meant to have a light side and a dark side. Quilt it & give it.

I don't know about you, but it would drive me nuts. I would unsew and fix it.

Not sure what it is suppose to look like, but to me it looks like it has a shadow effect, dark to light, it looks fine to me.

Hi, if you are really concerned about it just add a dark section on the other side of the light and vise versa. Or leave it and call it Row your boat light and dark--------------or call If and Maybe-----------------But it looks good to me and I have been quilting 30yrs. HA HAAAA... We all have those days. But mama did not say they would come in bunches. But just keep on quilting. If you really want --------------Yes-----You can take it apart and rearrange it. I have done that too. But do look at it again before you go the trouble to take it apart. Don't foget to add a small pocket on the back with quilt info for historys sake.

Some really unique quilts have come about because a row or block was "misplaced" or turned a "wrong" direction. Your top may not look like the pattern photo but I would guess there is nothing in the instructions that says you can't make changes where you want. (even if they are not intentional changes)
If this is a donation quilt, there is someone out there in need of a quilt to call their very own. They won't know what you meant it to look like --- they will just be proud that someone cared enough to make it. Good for you.

I agree with the others: quilt it and send it on! I am sure it will be appreciated by whomever receives it.
