I had a lovely day. A day off work, time with my hubby, and lunch with an old friend! Then some sewing and cake baking!
I opened all my candies and thanks to you all!

My June packets were dropped off during my afternoon walk today, May 23. I hope they enjoy safe travels!

Gaijin, I LOVE the pics of your envelopes and then the cards! I’m going to have to do something like that. It was a delight spotting “mine” in there!

    Love and safety to all!

Well, 2.5 day snuck up on me and I have made.............Zero progress since last month on my 2.5 quilt top. On the other hand I have made progress on a UFO and a couple other quilty projects. The 2.5 has just fallen off my radar.

How about you? Progress, new ideas, old ideas in new color ways? Let us know. It is too early for the summer doldrums. Tee-Hee-Hee.

Well, another 2.5 day and nothing to show. I hoped to be quilting my CC but I hit a wall quilting last weekend and haven’t been sewing. I’ve been reading instead.

Hope everyone has a fun holiday weekend.

Lovely sunny, blue skies, temps mid 70’s. Expecting lovely thunderstorms. Level 2 severe storms expected about bed time to over night. I guess I will be staying up late tonight. The forecast is for mostly winds and hail thread. But there is always the potential of the other elements associated with a severe thunderstorm system. I usually stay awake until I know the system has passed or the worst has passes.

well, like many of you, I have not progressed on my 2.5” traffic jam project. I’m still have 6-7 more tops to quilt this week which distracts me from my projects. I hope to have all done by Tuesday next week. Take care and be safe.

BD candies goes out the mail on Tuesday.
