Wow! So much good news! Janice, congratulations on the new grand baby. GC are a special blessing like no other. Sewbiz you are so ahead of the game.

On another note. I am going to set out of boom 27. I am aiming to be back for 28 though. With all that has happened this year between the loss of family and friends and then COVID I am still working through things. Needless to say I am taking a break from a whole lot of things. Have no fear I will be following closely.

Hi Ahwu, the next boom would likely be in the late summer. Hope that helps.

That's plenty of time to get those blocks made into quilts before #27 starts! And don't forget to show pictures.

Good evening, Boomers! Been surfing the net, enjoying pix of gorgeous quilts for the last hour. Found so many I “must” make but of course won’t because there’s never enough time to sew all the quilts I see that I love.

Consider this a heads up that it looks like the schedule I posted a couple of weeks ago on 11/22 for Boom 27 looks more viable for me now so that’s good. Be looking for sign ups right after Christmas!

I’m off. Hubby is making Chicken Parmigiana and this house smells terrific! Almost time to eat.

Merry Christmas to all those who celebrate it!

Quick fyi that I will be postponing sign-ups for a couple of days but no longer. It’s a bit busy around here with the holidays and birthdays so I’ve gotten behind. Be looking for sign-ups for Boom 27 by Tuesday of next week. Have a lovely weekend!

Merry Christmas to you too, Janice. I’m still on the fence about 5he boom. I have so many projects on my plate right now but I really enjoy the booms! I’m almost finished with a big art quilt I did incorporating boom blocks! Will put a picture up when I’m done.
