WOW that's all I can say now, have been trying for 3 days to get my password to work and have been given at least 10 different passwords and finally got in.... Now I can go and finish up a few projects, so today won't be completely given up to this computer...

Thanks for sharing. I didn't know about that. I always like to know who is online.

Aye it IS from the McCall's Quick Quilts Dec/Jan 2012 issue.

I just went to a WalMart that has bolt fabric again and found
2 Christmas fabrics that I LOVE one is black with gold scroll
work and a complimentary companion fabric is a white poinsettia
on a black back ground that also has gold. PLUS I bought two
two other fabrics while I was there that I jus
    t love, one of which
    is a blue.

I want to TRY and add two more of the tree wall hangings one in
blue and the other in black, white and gold that is on top of the
other green and the pink that I have ready to be sewn.

Here are pics of the fabrics I found.

Finally with the help of one of my kids was able to post a different avatar pix. This change has been somewhat frustrating but will try to use it more so I get better at it. Will get my package out next week...stay tuned!

Has anyone heard anything about Juli? Also I think that the blue dot by your avatar shows you are online when it is not blue that person is not online.

    Default RESIZING pictures

I see where many of you are having problems with resizing
    and posting your pictures.

There is a download you can get that will make resizing your
pictures MUCH easier. I have been using it for YEARS (or
since it came out for Windows XP).

It is really easy to use. After you download and install all
you have to do is RIGHT click on a picture and select the
"Resize Pictures" you will get a pop up window that will let
you select from one of THREE options OR you can even do
a custom resize. You can even select if you want it to resize
the original picture or make a resized copy.

Here is the LINK for downloading the program. ONLY download
IF you have Windows Vista or 7. If you are still using Windows XP
you will need to get the older version.

Here is the link for the XP version of the picture resizer
Good luck and I HOPE this may help some (or all) of you who
seem to be having troubles with resizing.

I would like to know if this helps anyone.

I have found that downsizing them to 50% works.

There is now a choice for the individuals to decide whether or not they want people to know they are online. It is a setting.
