maryb119, That's correct, mail the 4th round (52") sometime the week starting Nov. 20. But! mailing early is fine too.

It might be a little overwhelming for one of us to get a quilt top early, if we haven't yet mailed the one that we are now working on. I'm not ready for the next one to come to me yet! :-) But we see by the pictures being posted that some of us are ahead of schedule. So nice to be ahead and not behind. Wonderful work, girls!

Here's the 3rd Round on b.zang's quilt top. Hopefully the 4th Round will be sewn fast so it can get back in the mail again soon! This was so hard for me to sew. I didn't have an idea what to do with it when I saw the center, and then again when I saw the 2nd Round. When it got in my hands, I realized the pictures don't do the fabric justice. There's some glittery stuff there that I hadn't noticed on my monitor. I wanted to lighten it up, so I picked up on the pale yellow from the 2nd Round. Wow, the paper pieced round was so cool, and there was a stay stitch all around it on the edge. I gave a try making the 1/4" strip in blue and orange, like the black strip in the center. B.zang's black lines were perfect! Can't compete with that. Is it fabric? Or did you use ribbon? And her black strips have very exactly-neat top stitching. What lovely work there! So fun to see in person what you two girls did!

The only reason I mailed early because Lv2sew2011 said to go ahead she was ready to sew. Sorry I did not mean to confuse anyone with mailing early.
