For me:
No to scarves and aprons
FQ's in red, black, white, yellow, anything but blue.
Yes I wear soxes (sign of old age) love the ones with rubber nubs on sole and any color but blue
A big NO to candles and lotions with scents as I have too many allergies
Yes to sewing notions
No to sewing/quilting charms and hot fix crystals

Hope I found all the questions. This is fun reading what everyone likes. Can't wait, I have my box and am starting to collect some small items.

A newbie to SS here. Been busy over on the Boom 17 making my blocks & haven't been paying attention. I say yes to everything, except socks. I don't wear shoes or socks . Is there a bad fat quarter? Not it my mind, but I like florals, border prints, tone on tones, greens, blues, browns. And I'm way behind because I don't have a box of think stashed away & I don't shop. Guess I'm gonna have to venture out on a spree. Maybe I'll take the list of questions with me as a guide. Sounds like much fun. I love my mailman because he brings nice pkgs to my mailbox. I gave him 2 cupcakes last week.

No on socks or slippers --I wear crocks sandals year round in the house
I don't care for scented lotions but do like lightly scented candles.
Yes on apron, especially the "chef" styles full ones with long ties.
Yes on charm squares. No colour preference on FQs except I don't care for pink or orange

I just recently heard about this swap, but I've enjoyed other Secret Santa swaps so signed up right away. Sounds like some of you are going to have huge numbers of surprises.

I'm playing catch up, but have time to make a few homemade things (love sewing gifts). I'm getting mixed messages about the $20 gift. I'm thinking something I (or most people) wouldn't buy for themselves. Can some of you give me ideas of what would be a good gift?

I will try to answer a few of the newer questions if I can:

Aprons - sure! I'd enjoy that! No to the scarves. Have oodles. (am in finance....that's a technical number term for those of you wondering, lol)
Candles and lotions - not so much. Sensitive sniffer in the house.
Socks - sure. I have big feet though. Size 10. Thanks dad.
Sewing charms/jelly rolls - of course! Any colors, but I lean towards bright and cheery.
Never used hot fix crystals
