Love your well lit sewing space! The use of the shelves is very creative....I will have to try that. Your 'helper' looks really wiped out after the day of work, poor baby.

Wishing you many happy hours of sewing.

So funny I have the same exact Quantum Stylist and Ottlight sewing caddy I had to do a double take because it was almost like I was looking at my sewing area! I do love that machine it has all the features I need it for and the light was a great deal for 20.00 from Walmart

Your foam boards - did you make them or buy them? If you bought them - where? :-) We can get foam board down at the dollar store and was trying to think about maybe making my own cut down boards - but if they are reasonable elsewhere, it might be worth buying them. Neat room - I like it.

Thank you everyone! I am going to look into covering my fabrics with a curtain!

Bobbie- too funny! my ottlight caddy was a $20 Walmart steal too!

Mary- I bought basic white foam boards at dollar general and spaced out 12 per board, mine are a little shorter than some but what a deal! Less than $.10 cents per board! I used an old rotary cutter on the boards and it worked marvelously. I also use these boards to cut out templates instead of buying expensive specialty rulers

What a nice cozy sewing space. And your furbaby is enjoying it, too. Thanks for sharing.

Jamie - I have also used the poster sheets 2/$1.00 at Dollar store for templates - of course basically for drawing around like pattern shapes, but they work well. I will definitely try the fabric boards. Thanks for your organization and ideas. :-)
