Ohhh can't wait to see it with the paint on the walls and the fabric on the shelves. It's such a nice large area its going to be a fantastic place to hide and play with your fabrics.

Congratulations to you. I know that storm hit alot of people hard and I wish all of those people the same luck you seem to have now. You are going to have a fantastic sewing room when it's all set up. Love the closet with shelves.

Yes, you'll need a primer before you put on the paint. Check with your local hardware store to make sure you get the right one for your paint. I had mine painted about 2yrs ago, thank goodness it was only one wall.

Oh, I'm so happy for you. I know it has been a long struggle but things are starting to fall into place. What fun to get all your stuff unpacked and then having the opportunity to play once again.

I was so glad to see your post come up. You really deserve the house and that great sewing room. What a long road you had to travel to get there. So many people lost so much in that terrible storm. Good to know that you are OK and getting on with your life. It's about time you were able to sew in a decent space.

You can truly say you have come through the "storm" are stronger for the trial of it! And you have such a positive outlook! I am so happy for you in you new home. All of our lives have trials and troubles and generally we come through stronger. Your "girl cave" is fabulous and I love the L-shaped area. It will be great for doing your own quilting on you Singer or even if you have a long arm quilting machine. I love your new space and yellow is so inspiring and cheerful. Will be looking for all your updates as you make progress with your new sewing/crafting studio!!! God bless...
