Thank you! I found another one and corrected it, but missed that one! Thanks for the good eye!

Would add necessary small frame fabric to the smaller ones. If you use
color similar to what you use for sashings, blocks should blend in.
Would set them randomly with your larger blocks, so it looks like you
    planned it that way.

I vote for varying your sashing widths. Depends upon your personality. Will you still love it? it is beautiful!

You can add a narrow border to the smaller blocks. If you are using sashing between the blocks, you can adjust the sashing width to accomodate for the smaller blocks.

Did you use the quilt in a day method. I have a set of over sized bear paw blocks because I forgot to trim the half square triangles down before using them. They look just like your blocks. Fortunately for me they are just part of a larger quilt with other blocks. I am planning to remake my blocks and use the 4 or so that are over sized on their own in a small square quilt with sashings. In your case i would find a good movie and do some unsewing.

I agree, easier than take all 9 blocks apart

Only 9 blokcs to redo. You will be so happy if you fix them. Would be a shame to goof up such a lovely quilt.

Good luck and let us know how you get on it! This will be a real beauty when you finish it   :D
I did that on a quilt and it came out fine. Of course I am not real picky if the flaw isn't glaring. If no one else notices it then I don't beat myself up over it :)

I find that varying the width of the sashing is the cure to a lot of evils (including panels that are not square and blocks that are not quite the same size).

One thing I do to make sure the 1/4" seam I use is the same on different machines is take a lined note card with me. The lines are 1/4" apart. I make sure I know where they are on my main machine, and I use it to set up the machine I take to class or DDs machine so I have a consistent size.
