What exactly is it? I'm not into Elvis, but I was wondering what it was. At first I thought it was a strangely patterned quilt.

I would not make her another one.

Looks like she owes you $20, she gets something for free then makes a $20 profit off of it. Maker her another one? why don't just give her money.
If she was a real friend she would have said "Oh you like it, my friend made it, here is her number." And let you make some $$, not rip you off.
Am I missing something? it really sounds like your getting taken. walked on.

Are you sure she's really and truly your friend? My friends don't act like that.

If I made a quilt etc for someone and they sold it I don't think I'd be willing to make another. She could have just asked you to make another one. As my grandchildren wouild say "how rude."
