This is so beautiful & such a wonderful tribute to family. I just bought this pattern to make one for my DGD. Now I can't wait to finish what I'm working on so I can start it.
It was so good of you to fulfill her wish. Give yourself a little pat on the back. Cancer- what a terrible disease.

What a beautiful and thoughtful gift. She will love it and will feel the warmth of the love in it as well.

That was so thoughtful of you to do!

Your design is so original/creative - I've never seen another like it! Your fabric choices were so special/appropriate for your aunt, too.

What a truly beautiful gift of love for your DH's aunt. Thoughts and prayers to the entire family in this difficult time.

What a beautifully designed quilt, and such special memories and love. Now she can wrap herself in the wings of the families love. You are so wonderful to make it.

Absolutely stunning work. I love quilts with black in them and this one is just beautiful. Will keep a good thought for DH's aunt. Thank you for sharing.
