    Beautiful pattern you did an awesome job. I prefer the 1st one as the border draws your eye to the pattern. However, I also like the 3rd one for the same reason (although it is a bit less dramatic). Please post final picture

    I believe that #3 frames it perfectly as well as being true to the elegant beauty of your work. #1frames, but chunky somehow. #3seems to complete it with the original intent of the work.

    Everyone asked to see what I came up with, and here it is. It will have a thick blue border all the way around it when it is finished.

    That really works! It contains the design without weighing it down. Its been fun watching this quilt evolve, its a beauty.
