    You actually don't need a wall to have a design wall. I didn't have any wall space, so here's what I did.

    I had two cheepie bookcases from Target ($26 each) that were holding my 'stuff'. I put adhesive backed velcro spaced along the top. Then I put the other half of the adhesive velcro strips along the top of the fleece. When I need my design wall, I just stick the fabric up with the velcro pieces sticking together.

    This also serves the purpose of 'hiding' Grandma's stuff when my little grandsons come over. Out of sight, out of mind. So far, anyway!

    Cheapo bookcases

    I use the back of a flannel backed plastic table cloth - cheap!, easy! and it works!!!
