    Oh gosh no, I'm not quite THAT creative yet. It's a pattern out of Beth Ferrier's book called More! Hand Applique by Machine. She has 9 different patterns in there and I love all of them. My mom was visiting a couple weeks ago and said several times how much she loved those sunflowers in the book. When I took her to the airport I swung by the fabric store on my way home and got all the fabric to make this for her. :)

    I love your wallhanging. Your Mom will be so surprised. Isn't it great that without knowing she told you exactly what would be the perfect gift?

    Your quilting is very good and really adds to the wallhanging. Good job :thumbup:
