    Love your quilt, and I love using gray or purple as a background color. Especially for quilts that may get puppy paws on them. Yours is just gorgeous

    Gee Whiz... This quilt is amazingly vibrant and exceptional. I am in love with the idea of using a grey background fabric idea. What a ton of piecing. Great work and kudos to you for finishing such a large undertaking.

    beautiful quilt, love the gray on gray fabric, really different and looks so rich..probably even more than if it were done in black!
