    Default Ribbon Box Quilt

My first quilt since eye surgery before Christmas.
Was amazed how easily this went together. A bit disappointed in the contrast since I just loved the fabrics.

oh but it is lovely with those fabrics. Christmas fabrics are usually more dominant colors. I love your quilt. i intend to make one soon. I have everything ready sitting in a small box on the floor of my sewing room.

Your quilt is so lovely. The fabrics have such a nice soft color to them. Great work

I think it's wonderful. The colors make me think of spring.

Oh please do not be disappointed ... I love the subtlety of this.

Too often we think of quilts as having to be bold and loud and in-your-face.
It's nice to get a softer gentler effect ... and you have surely succeeded with this one!

I love it! This is such a fun pattern to make and really highlights the fabric.

I love the fabrics also. They make this quilt beautiful and serene. I too have this pattern on my list of "want to make" someday. I have seen so many different fabrics used for this pattern and every one has been wonderful.

I love your colours. This quilt is also on my to do list. Can it be made from fat quarters do you know or does it need more fabric than that?
