Default Santa went from four feet to two!

I started off making a table runner out of a border print fabric (first photo). Well, I wasn't able to fussy cut every corner so Santa ended up having four feet on the ends and sometimes he had a reindeer face, too. That would definitely limit what he might bring me for Christmas! LOL! So I cut it all apart and made some mug rugs for our family to use over the holiday season as well as a plain rectangular runner for the kitchen table. Merry Christmas to all of you and thanks for all the support again this year!

That Santa fabric is adorable. I think you could have pieced on a solid color fabric in those areas where the mitered corners came together to avoid cutting off body parts. But your save is great and I'm sure everyone will enjoy the smaller items.
